Gaspar Physical Therapy was established in San Diego’s North County in 1994 with the idea that physical therapy should be given at the highest quality possible. Gaspar Physical Therapy is privately owned and operated by Paul Gaspar along with six partners all who pride themselves on providing unique and excellent care. Gaspar Physical Therapy employs only Doctoral Trained Physical Therapists. Additionally, 90% of our clinical staff is Board Certified in Orthopedics.

We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, cardiac conditions, sports injuries, spine conditions, post-surgical care, auto accident injuries, and balance and stability programs. We achieve successful results through hands-on treatment, excellent communication, and thorough patient education. All treatment programs are designed for each individual patient after the thorough evaluation. Our Objective is to provide our patients with quality, cost-effective, outcome based physical therapy to return our patients to the activities of daily living.
